Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
SELV HEALTH & AESTHETICS
This Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy applies to purchases, appointments, medical visits, package plans, medications, supplements, devices, and other goods or services purchased through Selv Health & Aesthetics. Due to the personalized nature of medical visits, medications, supplements, devices, and other goods or services, refunds and returns are limited as described below.
CONSULTATIONS
Selv Health & Aesthetics is self-pay and does not bill insurance or bill Medicare or Medicaid. Selv Health & Aesthetics requires payment at the time of scheduling a consultation. Once a consultation has been scheduled, refunds will not be issued. All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
MEMBERSHIPS
Selv Health & Aesthetics is self-pay and does not bill insurance or bill Medicare or Medicaid. Membership requires authorization of monthly recurring charges via a stored payment on file, until a request for cancellation has been submitted and reviewed. Monthly membership fees cover office visits only. Medication charges will be charged and managed separately by the pharmacy. Lab charges will be charged and managed separately by the lab if applicable. All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
If an appointment is canceled or modified less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit time, the member’s stored payment will be charged a $150 no-show fee. This no-show fee is separate from monthly membership fees and does not satisfy the monthly membership fee. The monthly membership fee will be charged as scheduled in addition to the no-show fee, unless membership is cancelled according to the membership terms.
MEDICATIONS, SUPPLEMENTS, DEVICES AND OTHER GOODS
All medications, supplements, devices, and other goods that you order are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Due to the personalized, medical, health-related, and/or safety-sensitive nature of these items, Selv Health & Aesthetics cannot accept returns once the order has been placed, dispensed, shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled. All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions unless Selv Health & Aesthetics determines, in its sole discretion, that a replacement or refund is warranted due to shipping damage, delivery issue, or another issue described below.
SHIPPING ISSUES OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of items received at delivery, please contact Selv Health & Aesthetics within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide: Order number Tracking number Photo evidence of damage, if applicable A description of the issue Selv Health & Aesthetics will review these issues on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate. Submitting a shipping or damage claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after approval, but your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you believe you have not received an approved refund, please first check with your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as there may be processing delays. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact:

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Selv Health & Aesthetics first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy or any terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Selv Health & Aesthetics may update this Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this policy will be revised.
