Each new patient must first schedule a consult to determine if they are eligible for membership.

Detailed laboratory analysis

FDA approved medications, when clinically appropriate

Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Not everyone is eligible for membership. During the scheduling process, before payment is submitted, you will be required to complete pre-screening forms to determine if you should schedule a consultation.
If pre-screening is successful, your appointment will be confirmed and payment will be due.
Prescription and lab costs are not included in the price of the consultation.
